What is Kutaisi FIZ?
Two independent sites operate under the Kutaisi FIZ brand:
- Kutaisi Free Zone (KFZ) – municipal zone, opened in 2009, focused on light-manufacturing, now accommodates 60,000 m² of free production space and 500 employees.
- Hualing Kutaisi FIZ – private zone of the Hualing Group, launched in 2015; 36 hectares, company and bank account registration in 12-24 hrs.
Both sites give full “tax zero” – 0 % CIT, 0 % VAT inside the zone, 0 % import/export duty and 0 % dividend tax – a classic benefit scheme of Georgian FIZs.
